Therapy for a More Grounded, Meaningful, and Connected Life.

About Me
I'm a warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who helps people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and life's many transitions. I believe therapy should feel supportive, personal, and human—a place where you can show up as you are, without judgment. While I take my work seriously, I believe a little humor can go a long way, and sometimes laughter is part of the healing process.
My approach blends talk therapy, mindfulness, and Buddhist psychotherapy, tailored to your unique needs and goals.
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based therapy that helps people process difficult experiences and move beyond stuck thoughts, feelings, and patterns.
And if you love dogs, we're already off to a good start. I offer animal-assisted therapy with my therapy dog, Stevie, who firmly believes emotional support should include belly rubs. Whether she's greeting you at the door or curled up nearby, Stevie has a knack for helping people feel more comfortable, grounded, and supported during sessions. 🐾

Why Work With Me
Sometimes people come to therapy knowing exactly what’s wrong. Other times, they just know they’re exhausted, stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or repeating the same painful patterns over and over again. Many of my clients are thoughtful, insightful people who have spent years trying to “think their way out” of their struggles, only to find that insight alone isn’t creating lasting change.
My role is to help you move beyond just understanding your patterns and begin truly healing them.
I bring a combination of clinical skill, deep listening, warmth, humor, and genuine compassion to the work I do. Clients often tell me they feel comfortable opening up with me because they feel accepted—not judged or analyzed. You can bring the messy, confusing, complicated parts of yourself into therapy.
